Basic Sponsorship includes a text ad running on the website program pages and video ad playing prior to programs. Redirect clicks will be directed to the advertiser website, or to a video hosted for the advertiser at IPC Outlook. The one-time annual fee includes creation of one 30 second video ad.
Annual Cost $900 for IPC Members / $1200 for Standard Rate

IPC Member Spotlight
IPC Member Spotlight sponsors have logo at the top right of the weekly newsletter and website. Also includes a text ad located at the top right column and the middle of the center column in e-mail newsletter and website. redirect clicks will be redirected to the advertiser website, or to a video hosted for the advertiser at IPC Outlook. Member Spotlight Sponsors also have video ad played prior to programs. When video ads play, an associated text ad above the video player is included. The monthly fee includes creation of one 30 second video ad each 3 month period.

30 Second Video Ad Specifications
Each IPC Outlook sponsorship campaign includes a 30-second video ad which runs prior to IPC Outlook programs in a random cycle with other sponsors. We also include a text ad based on the video ad so the reader can click to learn more about your technology.
Each new video ad takes 7-10 days to produce including professional voice-over. Your video ad is also added to your directory listing page on the IPC Outlook directory page.
How It Works
1. Provide a transcript of 65 words for the voice-over audio track.
2. Choose a male or female voice over professional.
3. Supply 5-7 images to be used in your ad. Images need to be at least 500 pixels wide by 400 pixels high in either .jpg or .gif format.
4. If you have video files, we can use them if they conform to the following specifications.
Video must be at least 15 seconds long, but no longer than 30 seconds.
Video needs a script or voice over explaining what is shown on screen in English language.
There should not be any background music.
Video must be in .flv format in a 4x3 ratio. If you have video that is not in .flv format, we should be able to convert it for you.
Your sponsorship includes one new video for every 3 months of advertising. If you want additional videos there is a fee of $199 per video. This fee includes the cost of professional voice over and production.
