PCB Manufacturers Subject to Additional TSCA Reporting Requirements
IPC has learned that tetraamine copper dichloride, a common byproduct produced during the manufacture of printed boards, is likely to be added to the list of reportable substances under the EPA's TSCA CDR rule prior to the August 13th reporting deadline.
