Qual-Pro Corporation
Qual-Pro is a small business, veteran and woman owed, Electronics Manufacturing Service provider. We are certified to AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and UL 508A quality standards. Our range of expertise encompasses complex Printed Circuit Board assemblies and full-box builds (including electrical panels). We are FDA registered to manufacture medical devices. We are also ITAR compliant.
Qual-Pro has been in business for 40 years and has received many accolades for its quality work. We have a custom configured 55,000 square foot factory just south of the Los Angeles International Airport with all the capabilities to match any of the top tier EMS companies.
We offer a wide range of manufacturing and engineering solutions starting from through-hole, SMT, fine pitch BGA (we are placing BGAs that have 1200+ balls), flip chip, chip-on-board assembly (in a clean room environment), DI water cleaning facility, chemical compound encapsulation and box-build, product design and ODM services. We also have the ability to leverage our NPI Center of Excellence to assist in launching new products.
