Contrary to popular believes the best set up for Lead Free wave soldering machines is that it is set up exactly the same as Leaded. Slightly different flux activity to sustain the higher Solder bath temperatures of 275C not 255-265C as this is measured at the K type sensor not in the running wave which is always 5 - 10C cooler.
Angle is critical and should still be 6.5 - 7 Degrees, so a dwell time of 2 - 3 seconds same as Leaded. Any lower than this the resist and laminate are subject to too hot temperatures and bridging will occur with resist and laminate damage. Many people forget that you have typical 96 - 99% Tin so a greater wetter than the lead material.
Lead was only used as a filler material and did not wet Copper, so you only had typically 63 Tin wetting before, now you have high 90's Tin.

Components encapsulated in plastic or organic compounds are susceptible to moisture damage. So are PCBs, all can cause early field failures. Control MSDs per IPC J-Std-033b.1 and 1601. Super Dry®
